Data you provide to us: how do we collect information about you?
Only when you provide them, in the following cases: (1) when registering online or in one of our stores; (2) When you pass an order; (3) When responding to a request for satisfaction with a service or product; (4) When participating in a promotion; (5) When you participate in a loyalty program or (6) simply by contacting us. WE can collect the following information: your name, mailing address, landline number, mobile phone number, email address, username and password, as well as any payment information.
Registration. Your registration is necessary to make a purchase, such as a rental, so you are invited to open an account when you visit our site or app to do your action. Users who wish to fill out our registration form must provide contact information (name, mailing address, landline number, mobile phone number, e-mail address and password). To be able to register, you must have age of majority. You can also register when you make purchases or rentals in our stores. We will use your contact information that you have provided to contact you about any order, in order to send you a digital receipt of your purchase online or invoice, to answer your questions and, in case you have opted for this possibility, to inform you about sales, contests and other promotions on our products to come.
